The Vintage Skull was born in 2017 in a basement with a few old planks of wood, some acrylic paint, my black lab Lua by my side, and a simple idea. Out came a re-imaging of the famous Entering Town signs with a focus on the Halloween capital, Salem, Ma.
What began as an idea to make a few horror themed signs of my favorite horror films to decorate the house for Halloween blossomed into a love of crafting and taking old wood that was destined to rot into something decorative and spooky.
